Ok, so the guy was arrested for fraud, but pray tell why didnt the keystones already have him in custody if they knew he was a spy. It's not like the cops here actually need evidence to detain people, suspicion alone seems to be enough to drag someone in, so......?

Presumably (although I'm no expert) they wanted as many charges as (safely) possible so that they could use him in prisoner exchange or simply as a bargaining accessory.

North korean spy agency no budget due to development of atom weapon that they resort to credit card scam. So sad to see koreans still have to be enemy. Southbkorea should invade north korea. China wont react foolishly. Its time to end division.

SK can't invade the NK while Seoul is in artillery range. But I agree that something has to be done. Like throwing NK out of the pachinko business.

I taught English privately to Mr. Sam Young Yang. His brother was a South Korean Politician. So, we would Read and discuss the Asahi Evening Newspaper Articles. 21 years ago we would contemplate and hopefully dream of unifying both Korea's. Life must go on and make a Apolitical closure. Look at Vietnam! I'm a 67-68 survivor. What would it take to unit both Korea's? War? If so, would both Unify? How many more people die and continue corruptions to Offset King of the Jungle? Look at Germany! Who brought the Walls down? US Koreans want to Unify! Is Communism that Rich and Tasty? Not on my Journal's. Sensei Valdez.
