I think all are old enough to know what they did and I don't condemn any of them. But they also know the law so have to take the punishment along with the alleged good times they had if caught. Why are some of you such Taliban about shoving your opinions/standards/morals down others throats?

Xinef, "Forcing or inducing" is not a good translation of that Article, the form of the verb has no direct translation into English and can simply mean "allowing". There are a few pieces of Japanese law with official translations but as far as I know there is no official of the Child Welfare Act.

So if both parties deserve to go to jail, then neither is a victim, and if there is no victim, why should it even be a crime in the first place? Two guys take shots at each other. Both deserve to go to jail, yet both are also victims.

Basically I agree with the sentiments in your post though. There is precious little reason to believe anyone was truly a victim here. Yet, I support arresting the guys if they knew her age, but only because they paid. Under 18s should not be prostitutes nor left free to become prostitutes.

Or I could encourage change instead. Yeah, that makes a lot more sense. Rather then taking offense at everything I find offensive and wrong, then storming off in a fury. Try to change things so society doesn't accept 16 year old prostitutes, and criminalizes anyone who patronizes them. Oh wait, they're already starting to do that. So, its all good then.
