    To do this, is a very good idea. But will it work, that is another question. This should be done a long time ago, not waiting for crimes raising so high.

    I think this is great and I agree with BBLeo! This should have been done a long time ago. Asian police (including the Japanese) should work more in coordination with other Asian police who understand better the local language, culture etc...to help fight crime.
