The staff won't get anything but an untruthful apology. The staff has to put up with this crap in general from customer's, and they aren't usually lawyers with a firm behind them! In fact, the staff member who was assaulted will probably be lucky if HE's not charged for being assaulted! This is topsy-turvy land, after all.
