This is only half the story, there was a bit of a car/bike chase. The police nabbed the suspect when the suspect was forced to get off his bike and push it up a slight incline.

There is something missing. Is everyone sure that it wasn't 'SUMO?' I never saw a fat man riding a bike. Is he also unemployed?
