Well...they were ordered to improve ( no fine ) ...all is fine and dandy then. I have no doubt in my mind they will just comply. Gosh,,,Why would anyone take the Japan Inc. regulators seriously ? Then again it's no surprise as the" regulators" are all old boys amakudari appointments no doubt.

this is such a joke, seriously, no fine???... way to go to recover people's trust, yeah, sure... anybody to comment impact of this on international stage regarding one's nation's (Japan) image? Is this common business dealing?
