    Well...they were ordered to improve ( no fine ) ...all is fine and dandy then. I have no doubt in my mind they will just comply. Gosh,,,Why would anyone take the Japan Inc. regulators seriously ? Then again it's no surprise as the" regulators" are all old boys amakudari appointments no doubt.
