it has to be tight fitted, I don't any man in their right mind wants to look at a girl with a saggy backside. If that was so then all female super stars they are called sexy will all be wearing huge farming overalls. Put simple men are attracted the curvy shape of a woman's body and for a women to show off her body she A. has to completely nude or B. wear very tight fitted clothens.

You must remember that it is dangerous to annoy the attractive or "sexy" female in any corner of the world!! She is likely to have a boyfriend and possibly a dangerous one!! Also there would be make "heroes" who would like to gain her favor!! No, she's no looker and she probably considers herself too good for many of the men she meets!! I do think this crime is quite difficult to convict because both sides of the argument have very valid points. What's the fine line between admiring/stalking, indecent/decent photos and provoked/non-provoked. (form fitting)

I have one question about this case: are the photos actually close-ups of just her butt, or are they simply "rear views"? 1 meter would indicate a close up, but 3 meters? What I'm getting at is, you can find all kinds of candid photos of Japanese women walking away from the camera on flickr, hundreds of backside admirers posting their work every day. Train stations, on the street, izakaya, you name it. Is this guy different in that respect?

On the other hand, 11 pictures would indicate that he is something of a perfectionist.

Not that I agree with what he did, or even the other flickr photographers...
