Several men were arrested for withdrawing money out of Nakamura’s account, and during police investigations they claimed they had given him stimulants. Criminals should have watched "CSI." Using a credit card of dead man is like saying "I'm here."

They were held for "withdrawing money" from the dead man's account. How about holding them for suspicion of homicide?

Or 'abuse of a corpse'?

Oh they probably will eventually. Police arrest for the crime that they have the most evidence for (probably ATM pictures of the idiots). Then the re-arrest the suspects after holding them in custody and getting them to confess the other crimes. Each re-arrest grants the police more time to hold them. That is why so many people are arrested for "'improper disposal of a body" instead of murder. The murder charge comes a couple weeks later. Remember one of the Aum terrorists was first arrested for trespassing so the cops could get their hands on him.
