Delusions of grandeur...
Taxi driver should sue for medical bills and suffering. No one deserves that kind of shit, while trying to make a living.

she should got to jail. This ruling is going to create more anti-japan sentiment.
Just seems unreal. What is "common assault" anyway? Gotta be a pay-off or something. If it was a Taiwanese person or any regular joe, they would probably be thrown under the jail. Its gotta be the money. And both of them got off. That is just sickening.

Are you kidding me? You are so lucky to even get a suspended sentence (which clearly should be harsher) and you might appeal...she really has some nerve! Accept the punishment you self entitled little brat!

It really is a shame that if you are famous you can get away with anything.

What the heck is she appealing for? If she got a suspended sentence, then she's off the hook, considering the gravity of the situation. What a vile, low class excuse of a thing. Unbelievable that her man friend got off too. Yeah, I'm sickened by this too.

Instead of imprisonment, a judge can suspend a prison or jail sentence. This is typically used in cases involving less serious crimes or for first-time offenders. However, the defendant's criminal conviction will remain part of the public record.

An embarrassment to both Japan and Taiwan, the both of them.
