Are you going to report the grounds of the appeal?

‘‘The district court ruling cannot be accepted,’’ is pretty much self-evident, no ?

staff left the towels he later hanged himself with in his cell, even though he had a history of attempted suicide.

Problem is not leaving towels around. He needed a rehab, not a prison sentence. Law is responsible of his death, not negligence. You can give his parents all the money in the world, but it will not bring back their son.

Damien15: Right! I don't know exactly what a 'medical prison' is but obviously this guy needed rehabilitation--mental and possibly physcial--and he obviously didn't get it. Poor guy.
