Highly suspicious story with a lot of unanswered questions...
Noone knows how he managed to pay the rent on his apartment for the last 10 years - no record of him working.
Why kill pension dudes - retired ones at that - over dog killings?

..it seems like ..he's covering its plot and real intentions with a lame excuse...hahaha..good try ..sucker..

A lot of times in Japan, suspects give a fake excuse because they can't admit their real reasons. It's like how your girlfriend might say "We have to break up because we live too far away" and you're like "Okay I'll move to your town" and then she's like "Let's just break up okay?"
There you go.

Yes but this "story" will be just fine for the j-police and the j-government. Case closed. Fantasy continues.

And yet another lucky break for the J-Police… no wonder they’re incompetent, half the crimes end up in the suspect turning themselves in and confessing to everything. Probably one of the few police forces in the world who's key strategy is waiting for the suspect to arrive at the local Police box for processing.

Why did he turn himself in? I'm sure that is one of the questions the Keystone Cops asked him. He didn't look like a guy consumed with guilt...

Still don't buy this. The real killer could have handed him the knives, told him he did it and why. It's happened before with people of lower mental capabilities.

other ex-health ministry officials must be happy the guy turned himself...

Now we can see some progress by cops, a lot of fun for media, and for us readers. Did I say earlier that accused is a 'Nut?' Yes I did, but now I think that his brains are mixed with 'Mango.' How lucky is health ministry' that this fanatic killer is behind the bars. Honestly he does need a good shrink, and lawyer to keep him away from hanging scenario

Is this the games of Zombies? Like in some other hospitals, the real owners was not the real one. This killer happen to be the victim of manipulations to get what zombies want to become, the power? If no one knows those killings maybe the former Vice Health and Welfare Minister will become the walking dead. Means the real killers use some (have no choice killers) to go to jail and here comes the real killers had change their personalities and copying mask of victims faces and become the walking dead. Just a hint from my phychic abilities. anyway a dog that was died is not a real reason to kill VIP people.

what on earth is going on here!!
Why the hell havent we heard yet whether the souls of his shoes were in fact MADE IN CHINA!! I mean this was the whole point of all this wasnt it.......ah forget it

He probably does need a good shrink but that's not going keep him away from a hanging scenario. I think that he is as good as hung because, far from being a random nut case, this guy was deliberately targeting people because of their positions. Positions of authority in the government. The nail that stands up gets pounded down. Or, in this case, hung. The wa will demand nothing less.

Seems a bit too organized.

Just as well DNA is around, otherwise cops will be for a long time on goose chase around Japan. This evidence is good as gold, now lets get on with trial, and stop waisting more money.
