There's military "justice" for you. The unelected generals are very quick to find enough "evidence" to convict their opponents, but when they commit crimes nobody knows or sees anything.

Executive summary of near-summary executions:

Bangkok’s Southern Criminal Court said it could not definitively say whether the Japanese journalist and two Red Shirt demonstrators killed nearby were shot by soldiers or armed protesters.

Currently Thailand is controlled by the military.

"Coup leader and now Prime Minister Prayut Chan-O-Cha was one of the senior generals who oversaw the 2010 crackdown."

Well, it's pretty clear, then, why no answers will ever be found, sadly. You can rest assured that if indeed a Red-shirt protestor, who for some reason shot a person trying to cover them being cracked down on, shot the Japanese reporter it would have been said so by the government. Since it is 'unclear' it seems pretty clear the military is to blame. And it's unbelievable that no one was charged for the sniping into the temple. Unbelievable.

Coverup for sure. Avoid Thailand.
