    I cannot imagine what there is to talk about really. Seems to me he is quite obviously the perp. I hope these deliberations do not allow him to see one ray of sunshine.

    The Hiroshima District Court ... the effectiveness of the new procedure introduced to produce speedy rulings.

    Seems the Supreme court hasn't gotten the memo about speedy rulings.

    Is the Supreme Court concerned about criticism from abroad? Now, the judiciary installed speedier procedures, but the SC wants to challenge that? I am baffled. The criminal, with a criminal record in Peru, first admitted to the crime and then changed his story?
