Two police officers arrested for groping, taking upskirt photos

KANAGAWA —

Two police officers have been arrested for lewd acts in March and April, Kanagawa police said Wednesday.

A 54 year-old assistant inspector of the Kanagawa Prefecture Minami Police Department was arrested March 19 for groping a 24-year-old female passenger on the JR Nanboku Line. In the second incident, on April 4, a 23-year-old policeman serving at the Asahi Police Department was arrested for taking photos up a 19-year-old female university student’s skirt while riding an esaclator at Yokohama Station.

The Kanagawa Police Department on Wednesday announced that the assistant inspector would receive a 10% pay cut for three months, while the policeman would be suspended from duty for one month. After the announcement, both men resigned from their positions.

This is a show, nothing more. Do you get up on stage at the theatre & join in the action? Whatever a girl wears is up to her, it is how she wants to be seen, it is not an invitation to touch & anybody that takes it as such needs locking up, not pay cuts, not loss of a job, prison time. It is a sexual assault. The fact that these reported instances happened in public places means that they had limited potential, but what happens if they happen in a more secluded place? Yes it can be a little embarrassing to find myself seeing a little more than I really want to see, but when it happens I find something else to look at. But sometimes the show can be really very nice, I am a man & I do like to look & it is perfectly normal to look, but I am a civilised man not a humming bird that can’t stop it self from wanting to stick its beak where it has no right to stick it. As for any woman telling other women that they should dress down so not to attract perverts, that road leads to the burka (?). Why make victims of girls before anything has happened, because that’s what you are doing. It is the pervert that is in the wrong, not the girl.

Now, as you said, that does not in any way make these guys' behavior excusable, but if the gals here dressed with a little more class, and maybe showed they respect themselves a little more, then the guys might too.

Smoking is disrespectful to the body but I don't think smokers should be refused medical treatment or treated like dirt. I don't think many women wearing revealing outfits have any problems with self-respect since they seem pretty confident. I feel self-concious even wearing a sleeveless shirt or short pants. Even if someone wants to debate their self-respect, it's obvious the women don't want to be attacked and every sensible human being (male and female) knows that.

LoveUSA, men have both natural urges and a brain to control themselves at the same time. But if you want the brain to win the fight for control it is necessary to take steps to do that. Of course some men will never have that kind of control no matter what you do, but more will lose it if people undermine it.

Flashing panties is a great way to undermine a man's self-control.

You can advocate self-control all you want, men are not going to turn into stoic Mr. Spocks just because you want them to though.

Look at it this way: some overweight people got that way through eating too much junk. They need to gain the self-control to stop doing that. It will take a lot of concentration to do that. Do you think junk food commercials are going to be a help in accomplishing the goal?

you guys are no problem grafton. i think guys cover most parts of their bodies. i was thinking my jsisters. they go through so much to get your attention. rolling up their skirts, wear skimpy stuff just to catch the attention of guys and then when older guys get excited and take photos, they start making a fuss. so dont worry about the bikini and shaving..

There really is no excuse, whatever the women may or may not have been wearing (and I note in this article it doesnt even mention what the older woman was wearing - is there more information I dont know about or is everyone just assuming that because she was groped she must have been dressed like a hooker?

I was groped once on a train wearing jeans. The clothes do NOT maketh the crime. The uncontrollable immature urges of a pathetic perv (NOT a man-I am not lumping all men into this) taking the opportunity to fulfill his fantasties as he is incapable of getting anything the normal route maketh the crime.
