2 marines involved in a holdup in 2006 only arrested when the pressure is high now
Is the US military REALLY being tough on criminals? You have to be naive to believe that.

Held up for at least 20,000 yen which is two ten thousand yen notes. Surely this article could pin point the amount for the reader.

One might wonder if these knuckle heads grabbed the taxi driver's zippered cash pouch and took off which might be considered theft.

The article says that the taxi driver was robbed but two unknown men. What led them to believe that these two marines are the ones that did it? I think I am a little behind on this story.
