Haven't images of this home been broadcast all over TV? It could have been any wacko. Some random wacko seems much more likely than some kind of yakuza ploy.

to clear evidences... oldest trick on the book.

Um, considering the VERY extensive police investigation into all things Noriko Sakai, don't you think any evidence would have been discovered by now?

Well that would be the case if you were rational, but to many people on this board, they are very far from rational. So no of course not.

Not our faults for trying to make some conspiracy theories. We are not criminals. Just our opinions, even sometime they are not very valuable and worthy. I do not claim about the connection between the other fires and the fire which devastated Sakai's vacation home. Just a question. Arson is not a small-time crime. Proximity of the four fire locations is rising a suspicion.

Noriko Sakai and other few Japanese people should not do illegally and create so many incidents in a short time - illict drugs, arson, graffiti, run away, lies (Sakai lied to the police), and evidence cleaning. Not like a regular celebrity who would slightly break a law. Otherwise, we would gossip and talk too much over little and trivial things.

I never hope that more and more bad things would follow after Sakai is released and safely staying in a hospital. But sadly, JapanToday already posted another bad news connecting to Sakai's situation. Stunned. Anything can happen if a celebrity is systematically engaged in a criminal organization, but I don't actually accuse Sakai.

By now, especially after the aftermath, many Japanese people must be more curious and hungrier for answers. The Japanese media is going out of control and creating a stir.

It gets worse before it gets better. I am sure if someone is living in Japan, he or she will see Sakai on TV time after time

Too bad they didn't light up her apartment before the coppers came and found the .0008 gram of drugs. I hope she had insurance.

I find this very amusing. Here we have someone up on charges for .008 grams of meth or whatever stimulant you want to name. Now we have a suspected case of arson. What is amusing is that the .008 grams of meth seem to be viewed as a more dastardly crime than the arson. Hmmmmm, burn a couple flakes of powder and the sky starts falling, but burn down a whole villa and nothing. Like OJ, I hope they free the P!

Arson by her husband...or related person who forgot where did they put the other drugs

  • mrhog123 at 08:35 AM JST - 23rd September

Maybe they switched to freebasing, ala Jimmy Hendrix.

Too bad they didn't light up her apartment

Who would want to cook up some nice crib at Aoyama The Tower? It's just too risky, and would translate to sacrifice of operatives, and extensive collaterial damage. And, at 11/F, perhaps it would be easier to do an exterior aerial (chopper) attack... less hassle.

Maybe low-rise appartments would give the Yaks more advantage. Which means, those teamers etc. should head down to Fukasawa ot get their job done.

I'm sure her vacation home is the last thing on her mind at the moment.

For anyone seriously thinking that Sakai had a meth problem, please check out this link.

Sure, these may be extreme and heavy users, but before you even think that she is "in deep", better think twice. I could speculate considering the yakuza connection, but I choose not to. Stick to the "real" facts and wait until the court system figures it out. This is turning out as bad as Michael Jackson's case (may he rest in peace) due to similar stardom/celebrity popularity. Seems many are hardcore National Enquirer or Star subscribers.
