Well let's all hope that the Japanese legal system get this case Right and sends this 2 time murderer to the Gallows without any Excuses because I know that a Japanese life appears to be of a much greater value than any foreigner who ends up Dead at the hands of a Japanese citizen
I wonder if anymore Filipinas have come up missing after any contact with this guy maybe the Tokyo law enforcement shoud check their missing persons cases
Not quite Obakemono, Japanese criminals get just as harsh treatment as anyone else, and the 'foreigner card' is quite a myth. They just hanged several criminals a few weeks ago so there is absolutely no bias. The ethnicity of this victim is irrelevant, she is an unfortunate victim of a sick criminal, period. Let's hope they get this guy soon and fry him for the sake of her family
Off to a flying start with rhetorical posts this morning rjd? Your loose-cannon observations conflict with the majority of posters' experiences, as-per-usual, but this time show some stats? If you show me your's I'll show you mine (in a manner of speaking you understand).
He wasn't convicted of murdering the last one, presumably for lack of evidence. He was done only for the dismemberment part (and possibly abandoning the body) which apparently holds a maximum penalty of 3.5 years.
if everybody kills the girls or people who ignores them in a town like tokyo. we can kill around 100 peoples a day. if he take 3 or 5 years the justice in this country will not have sense anymore. and i refuse than he have a life sentance i dont want pay tax for this type of person. kill him and quickly. this guy is a shame for japanese people.
May somebody please explain what "abandonment of body" means as a crime here in Japan? It seems to me that even if a person is killed, the charge is only for abandonment. It's as if a murder is lessened just by the fact that the killer did not abandon the body. I need enlightenment.
