The old, "I only provided a forum" argument. This seems to be a version of the argument used by 2ch to avoid defamation actions. What a crock. Lock this woman up for being an accessory before the fact.

In the US, the woman running the web site would be actually be a front for the FBI. After a few months of people posting, they'd raid and arrest everyone.

I do not see her committing a crime. If people are contacting each other through her site, that is their business. I could contact people here...would that make JT a criminal organization? no!

This woman must have mixed her marbles or she has 'grid' for money in her blood. I say lock her up, we have anough problems with drugs around the world driving people to jails and early graves.

Come on now guys... We the U.S. our forefathers Gave you Japanese the right to free speech... (we forced your gov't to include it in your constitution) FACT.

Now what's the problem here...? It seems that your silly little 12 year mentality of a gov't is treating this lady like she was actually involved in the trade and dealing of Narcotics...

She bares little if any responsibility for what is said, or happens on her web site, other than death threats or black-male.

She wasn't selling the drugs herself, nor was soliciting any illegal substances...

Now if somebody threatened to kill somebody and she failed to report it to the authorities, she could, "possibly" be held as an accessory, that is if she was fully aware of it...

Come on guys... Let's use a little common sense... Pls stop pretending you're still 12 years old...

According to the Japanese version of this news story her site was specifically set up for drug users to find each other and "have fun" together. Arrested on suspicion of facilitating "drug crime". They used some kind of code word: KIME TOMO.. here is the article:
