HOKKAIDO —
Seventeen windows of a primary school in Abashiri City, Hokkaido, were found broken on Sunday morning along with a threatening note, police said Monday.
According to police, a 54-year-old vice principal found the windows broken when he made a routine patrol. He found a note saying: “I will kill the children,” at the school entrance.

This is an alert not just ror principal of the school, and police should look for such lunatic hanging around in the streets. Prevent it now, before someone get hurt.
