    The footage shows a man around 158 centimeters in height and wearing a black cap and sunglasses.

    This narrows their suspect down to about every third guy that walks into a pachinko parlor!

    indeed, this is one of the main points which should be emphasised in order to get the public behind greater police transparency and legal system reform. then perhaps they'll demand a police force that provides more than just the illusion of a job well done

    Well if a guy was wrongly convicted than the killer is still on the streets, time to open both these cold cases again.
