Now, Encore and Wynn employees can concentrate on their jobs. Too expensive but they will have Stars perform in their show bus areas. During Okada attacking Wynn, restaurants were still full. Wynn and Encore were shining on Strip road. The hotels were full with foreign tourists. Foreigners included Japanese, too.

Donating money to a university is bribery? I guess he doesn't understand the concept of philanthropy.

Okada's reason is 'He characterized the donation as “suspicious” in a 2012 letter to the SEC in which he noted that the Development Foundation’s lead trustee is also a member of the Macau government. He said that the donation coincided with Wynn’s request for land to develop a third casino.' Now, Okada will be investigated on his bribe allegations in Southeast Asia countries.

When companies make investments overseas, they often make financial contributions to the local community, in such fields as education or youth sports. It's almost standard practice as part of their CSR activities.
Okada, however, gave money to gambling regulators. LOL!
