So, the ranking of TV commercials is more important that the ranking of sales of the goods they promote?

Perhaps time to start making some interesting and original commercials then; I'm sick and tired of Japanese CMs just having someone (often a celebrity) simply holding the product in their hand(s).

Get some imagination in there!

If it's about "aspiration", then I'd just as well sew some strips of meat together as a shirt than buy an AU phone if I wanted to aspire to be like LGG.

Hey CrazyJoe...Suntory Boss is #5? It should be number one after that latest commercial with Tommy Lee Jones in outer space and the space crew celebrating the New Year. I almost fell out of chair laughing so hard.

Maybe it's because the commercials are freaking lame. Serious how can you have Arashi in the same commercial with a song being sung by Sid Vicious. Yeah they are "so punk." Arashi is not as popular as they and other people think they are. I don't hate the guys but them in a commercial =/= instants bucks......

I enjoy the White family and Docomo commercials a lot. I'm not a fan of Docomo but you got to admit that everyone would want Ken Watanabe as their keitai.

It's time they get rid of those commercials. I'm tired of the posters in the train stations too. About SoftBank, what's wit that dog? Lol

Get rid of that white dog in those TV commercials. As a matter of fact, that whole group turns me off. Perhaps it's just that these CMs are just overdone ... that is, shown too much. Just get tired of them ... As for Lady Gaga ... I can't remember even seeing her once in such a TV CM. If I did see her, my brain must have blocked her out ... didn't register at all ... Might have been a poor CM ... Thus the No. 4 rating ... That's KDDI's problem ...
