Actress Manami Konishi says 'I need to be more confident'

Actress Manami Konishi, 29, on Tuesday attended an event commemorating the release of the new “N706ie” mobile telephone handset, from NEC, in Tokyo.

Konishi, who will appear in the TV commercial for the new “N706ie” telephone, said, “This handset is designed with the concept of ‘comfort’, it is very simple but also fashionable and goes well even with a dress.” Asked if there is a man in her life that she feels comfortable with, Konishi answered: “First of all, I need to be more confident in myself.”

hahaha part of an actress' or model's job is to finish an interview with either "is there a special man in your life?" or "what is your ideal man?". maybe someday one of them will step outside the role and tell them to mind their own business, then again...no it'll never happen .noone asks the men or the fat ugly birds eh.

She is attractive, I think this is just a bad pic. She has a Katie Holmes thing where she's like 5'8 but has a baby face. Doesn't work for everyone. On a tangent, I wish Japanese entertainment industry wouldn't do the weird thing where they put out an album as a character they play (in her case, Fujiki Kazue) and really, really half-heartedly pretend that they are not the same person. In the case of Sawajiri Erika and ERIKA it literally is just a joke that everyone seems to get except Erika. It is one of the more random things about the Japanese entertainment industry I don't get.
