Japanese people don't use the 'n' word. His family name is Nagao, so it's a nickname. Also, in Japanese it means 'the second one' or 'number two'. It's in reference to Hiroshi Fujiwara who is considered the number one style guru in Japan and as rich as Nigo.

Everytime there's an article about some Japanese entertainer someone invariably posts "who is he/she". If you don't know who someone is, obviously you're not very familar with whatever is going on in Japan which fine but, but one can always google and wiki.

What's with the over-bling?
Sell off some of that bling around your neck, and I'll bet you could have an outlandish party.

Such is all fashion created in Japan. Japanese department store fashion ranges from "all out geek" to "high end bizarre". There is very little fashion created in Japan, and for good reason.

Different strokes, for different kinds of people...In this time of financial crisis, it's good that they're socially sensitive, as having a lavish party worse having it broadcast in TV, is pure crassness.
