TOKYO —
Actress Rio Matsumoto, 26, was an honorary fire chief for the day on Sunday at Azabu fire station in Tokyo to raise awareness of the danger of fires as part of the Azabu Festa held in the area. Matsumoto, who recently started living alone, said, “My parents often tell me to be careful about fire when I’m cooking.”
Asked about if she has cooked for someone special in her life so far, she answered: “Yes, I have. I would like to make him happy because I’m already a mature woman.”

Always asking them about their love life or if they have someone special. At any rate, she'd make a fine fire chief.

does it mean "an inmature woman have the right to make a man unhappy?"

It means she would like to make him happy because she's now old enough to you-know-what...

I'm sure she'll be the "Best Fire Chiefest" Japan has ever seen since she must be so mature.

Approaching her thirties, she thankfully has the counsel of her parents to caution her about fire when cooking. We can all relax now; knowing Japan is in good hands with a actress regurgitating "Kawaii!!" at the helm every 35 seconds.
Who're the honorary deputies: the Kano sisters?
