Actress Yu Aoi addresses Kirin's new employees

TOKYO —

Actress Yu Aoi, 22, on Tuesday appeared at beverage company Kirin’s orientation for its new employees in Tokyo. Aoi will be the new image character of Kirin’s British tea product “Gogo no Kocha.”

In the ceremony, Aoi spoke to about 400 new employees, saying, “Everybody here will have problems once you start working, but don’t lose heart. Go for it!”

    Bogi, she said something like これから色んなこともあると思いますけど、頑張ってください which means I finish up here pretty soon, so go for it.
