Aki Hoshino has hard time in LA while making DVD, photo book

Celebrity and bikini-model Aki Hoshino, 31, has a new DVD and photo book, “Lost Angel,” on sale. Meeting reporters at the launch in Tokyo, Hoshino said: “On the first day of production in LA in April, I suddenly felt unwell. Our staff called an ambulance and I was taken to hospital where several patients were handcuffed. They must have been prisoners from somewhere.”

Hoshino said she spent eight hours at the hospital, adding cryptically, “I think my breasts got smaller after staying there.” Adding to her troubles, she said that on the last day of work in LA, DVDs were stolen from her car. “We had a lot of trouble there really.”

Did she pay with a credit card? I had to use a credit card the last time I went to a hospital in the States, as I had only a few hundred dollars in cash. ( it wasn't that serious )

Grr. This story is just irritating on so many levels. I bet chardk1 is probably right. That's what she gets for hiring Spinal Tap's tour director. Probably booked her into a Super 8 motel thinking it's 2 better than a Motel 6. Seriously, I've had several friends who were native Japanese visit me in LA and they had zero problems and great memories of the trip. Whoever was in charge of her stay messed up big time. All I can say is, sorry Ms. Hoshino - sure LA has it's unfortunate side (it's a big, diverse and complex city), but it also has way more to offer than you saw. Return some time with a proper itinerary and guide and you'll see a completely different city.

L.A. Hospitals have been dumping patients on skid row for years, but I'm sure Aki was there to cheer them up -even if it did make her breasts smaller. Aki will do whatever it takes but those breasts should be insured by Loyd's or her moneymaker(s) could soon be gone.
