Akina Minami appears in Gundam costume

Celebrity Akina Minami, 19, showed up at an event recently in a Gundam costume to introduce TBS’s new Gundam animation program “Gundam 000 Second Season.” Minami, said, “This costume was designed specially for me. I’m very happy to wear such an outfit because I don’t have the chance to try this in my daily life.”
Comedian Teruyuki Tsuchida, 36, who is known to be a Gundam freak, was also on hand. “I came here today in my own clothes. I love Gundam more than porn movies. I’m not interested in women at all,” he said.
The program will be aired from Oct 5 on the TBS network.

I do not understand Gundam and I do not want to understand Gundam. Macross was alot better when I watched it when i was a child. Voltron and Transformers was the best. Gundam is so popular here. Why?

I'd say Gundam Wing was the last best Gundam produced. Everything after that changed with child like adults that get on my nerves. The stories are not that great either. Stopped watching them after the first episode of Gundam Seed.

I think Akina Minami would look alot better in a cat outfit anyways (or at least a bunny outfit)...Gundam just donesn't show enough of her....I mean show enough of her talent.
