American comic book wins Japan international manga award

    he award, which excludes Japanese works, was created in 2007 under the lead of manga fan and then Foreign Minister Taro Aso, who later served as prime minister

    He impressed as the least intelligent prime minister in Japanese history, a man who had never read anything else except manga. We all know manga was created for the illiterate people who could not read complicated texts in the past when illiteracy rate was high.

    It portrays a socially isolated girl battling monsters both real and imagined as she comes of age.

    I really hope the foreign manga is less perverted than the Japanese ones, i.e. the girl is fully dressed with normal clothes and is not sexualized by the monsters.
