Fantastic news! I saw them at Uni back in '96 - showing my age now - and would love to see Peter Garrett and the boys again! "U.S. Forces" would have to be up there among the greatest Aussie rock songs ever.

Blast from the Past. Australia and NZ produced some good Bands.

I stood next to Peter while watching the Sydney Harbor fireworks for New Years many years back. I chatted with him for awhile not knowing he was the leader of a well-known band until my Aussie friend pointed it out after.

A bit full circle, for Peter Garret: counter culture rad, internationally renowned protest band, into more sobering unnatural reality as a country's Environment minister which unsurprisingly in hindsight was a bad fit until shifted to Education and Culture, back to doing what sort of seemed to have come naturally - in hindsight.

Welcome back boys - let's bang some heads!
