Wouldn't it be a good idea if a percentage of all tickets sold in the movie theatres worldwide were put in a fund to help areas stricken by natural disasters.?????

Just movies? How about sports, new cars, airline tickets, restaurants...
Anyway, good to see Avatar doing so well. I quite liked it and really want to see it again while it's still in theaters.

But notably, the 1977 Star Wars film is still the highest grossing film of all time when inflation is taken into account (and it should be).

Avatar was a mind-numbingly boring version of Pocahontas. And the Disney version is better.

Amazing to think that Star Wars was just passed. 30 year ago a ticket was like $2.00....

In Zimbabwe you only need to sell one ticket to beat last week's record.

In Zimbabwe, the ticket sells you.

t be conned by all the dishonest, manufactured hype! My wife and I both gave it three stars! I dont rate it at all! We have all been taken for a ride! I got a sore butt and back, and almost fell into a coma. Star Wars is and will always be a classic! Titanic was a much better film despite its unhappy ending! My advice: Wait till it comes out on DVD!Back to top
