Billy Joel to perform at Tokyo Dome

TOKYO —

American singer-songwriter Billy Joel, 59, will perform at Tokyo Dome on Nov 18 to mark the 30th anniversary of his first concert in Japan.

Joel was last in Japan in 2006 as part of his world tour.

    I don't know why anyone would pay over 10000yen to see him at the Dome, but as long as they don't let him drive I have no problem.
