Celebrity Waka Inoue says 'I want lots of people to attend my wedding”

TOKYO —

Celebrity and ex-bikini model Waka Inoue, 28, on Monday appeared at a talk event for the film “Sex and The City”, talking about her ideal love and marriage.

“I admire the women in the film because they are able to balance work and love”, said Inoune. “Previously I thought I only wanted a small-scale wedding with my close friends when I get married, but now I want lots of people to attend my wedding.”

The film will be released on August 23 nationwide.

mmm....Depends on your definition of awesome... If you like em big, then she's your girl...

Doesn't have a thing, with the exception of a few kilo's on Tanaka Minako....

Tanaka Minako? That name takes me back...she was yummy.

A photographer buddy of mine who did a shoot with her a few years back commented that she's sitting on her greatest assets.

i saw one of those tarento eating shows where they had to guess the price of what they were eating, and the person farthest away had to pay for everyone's meal. she lost, and was crying hysterically, it was ridiculous.

is it fashionable now to be an ex-gravure idol? her, MEGUMI, eiko koike. might as well keep going while you still have the goods, it's got to be the easiest money in the world.

I would be happy to attend your wedding and bring lots of interesting people. For a fee of course.

Translation: "I saw all the publicity that Eiko Koike got and I could really use a similar boost to my flagging career."

But I hope it works out, she was probably at her peak (in a variety of ways) 4 years ago when I first got here. She's a cutie, cruel comparisons to Ronald McDonald notwithstanding.

I am surprised no one has offered to attend the wedding on the conditions that they get to stand next to her most of the time, get as close the priest as she does while all others stand back, and be the first to kiss the bride. First time I ever noticed her was in those "Promise" commercials. I had no idea at the time that she was famous for her bust. Her face is quite enough to get notice.

Hey, I'll come where are you having the party and what's on the menu?

  • chardk1 at 01:03 PM JST - 15th August

All of you offering to attend her wedding realize she probably expects in the neighborhood of several thousand dollars cash minimum from each guest right? Everyone I know dreads being "invited" to Japanese weddings, it's like being "invited" to pay your taxes.

Waka Inoue says 'I want lots of people to attend my wedding”

they missed out ther end of the conference where she dropped more pearls of wisdom like "water is wet", "when I am hungry I like to eat things" and "I wear shoes to stop my feet getting dirty"
