Chinatsu Wakatsuki investigates DVD release of 'Dexter'

Model and TV personality Chinatsu Wakatsuki, 24, was dressed as a special investigator at an event in Akihabara to promote the DVD release of the first season of “Dexter,” an American drama series about a serial killer who works for the Miami Metro Police as a crime scene analyst.
Wakatsuki said she loves American dramas and that “Dexter” was popular when she was staying in Los Angeles. Wakatsuki said she also had two faces, referring to the lead role of Dexter Morgan. “When I’m with someone I like, I get a bit quiet and submissive. Kind of like a Showa woman walking three steps behind,” she said.

No, she looks awesome. The pigtails are just for the "kawaii" effect. She could mature her look in a few seconds by removing two bands.
