Ebisu Muscats form 'sexpendables' to promote Stallone movie

TOKYO —
Rio, 24, Yuma Asami, 23, and Akiho Yoshizawa, 26, three members of the 25-strong sexpot idol group Ebisu Muscats, launched the DVD and Blu-ray release of “The Expendables,” starring and directed by Sylvester Stallone, this week.
The Rio-Yuma-Akiho unit, joking that they were the “sexpendables,” praised the strong sex appeal of Stallone and his cast of he-men. “The Expendables” will be available on DVD and Blu-Ray on March 9.

Japanese actresses and models can appeal Japanese fans for Stallone's action movies like "Expendables", I like a term "Sexpendables" because Ebisus muscats' three members can promote this movie to both male and female fans.

I believe it's a SUBTLE joke made by the title of the film, and the fact that these three are porn stars.
Only in Japan can porn stars be used to promote a big-ticket Hollywood movie.

paulinusa, "Expendables" was budgeted at $80 million to earn Gross revenue of $274 million. Not only three members of Muscats feel excited to promote Stallone's film with the other hot-men, but other fans in Japan. Former Californian governor Arnold joined in. I watched this movie.

Expendables is a decent movie to watch on a long flight (like I did), especially if you like Stallone (like I do). But I wouldn't go to at theater just to see it. On the other hand, I completely agree with Meloveulongtime, Rio is a great talent. curious about the singing though, the tunes they usually play are better on DVD than CV... a short search on the net reveals that the title of their first single is "Banana Mango High School". promising

Sexpendables is up with porn greats like Forest Hump(or sorest rump), A Clear and Pleasant Stranger, Bedman And Throbbin, The Hills Have Thighs, The Loin King and Bridge Over the River KY.
As for the Expendables, not a horrible movie per se, but not something I would pay to see at the theater either.

My favourite title has to be "Shaving Ryan's Privates".
I have to say that this film was really pretty dire. Usually having Japanese "personalities" linked to a release is irritating in the extreme, but these delicious young ladies are possibly the best thing about the film.

Oh please only one movie and it wasn't even a hardcore one. If you were to release it today it would probably get a rating of pg-13 at most. It was all hype that's all it was.
