Emi Takei receives Ms Lilly award

Actress Emi Takei, 17, is the recipient of this year’s Ms Lilly award. This award is given annually by the HANA Cupid Cooperative to the person who best personifies the beauty of lillies. Previous recipients include Hitomi Kuroki, 50, Ryoko Hirosue, 30, and Maki Horikita, 22.
Takei, who is the youngest award winner to date, said: ” I was given a name which means ‘smiling like a blooming flower.’ I will be smiling like a blooming flower if I receive flowers on my birthday - which is Dec 25.”

How do you personify a lily? I can understand a Rose as in the English Rose, but how do youpersonify a lily?

wow she is pretty but has had alot of plastic surgery sadly. Many of these actresses get so much stuff done to even be considered "pretty" I wonder if she would have gotten this award without the help of a surgeons knife?
