Hamasaki in Hawaii after busy year-end

Singer Ayumi Hamasaki, 30, is in Hawaii this week for a photo shoot after a busy year-end in which she appeared in NHK’s Red & White Singing Contest and her countdown live event on Dec 31. Hamasaki, who met the press at the airport, showed reporters her bandaged right hand which she injured on Dec 24. “The doctor said the pain would last for three weeks, but I’m fine,” she said.

Hamasaki, who broke up with Tomoya Nagase, vocalist of Johnny’s idol group TOKIO, in 2007, told reporters that she doesn’t have a boyfriend at the moment. “Getting a boyfriend is my New Year resolution,” she joked. Hamasaki is scheduled to return to Japan on Saturday.

Everyone has a right to be driven to achieve success in their chosen carear. Whilst you read a lot about the diva attitude, what's to say she may be different if you got to know her? All the best in your endeavors to find a new bf this year Ayu.
