In this Seven Eleven Christmas cake commercial, AKB48 wear Christmas costumes.
The nine top members, Atsuko Maeda, Yuko Oshima, Yuki Kashiwagi, Mariko Shinoda, Mayu Watanabe, Haruna Kojima, Minami Takahashi, Tomomi Itano and Rino Sashihara from the third AKB48 election take part.

If you live in Japan but cannot understand the beauty of AKB48 and this sexy cho kawaii Japanese Semi Loli Christmas tree my guess no Japanese friends?? Me?? Well my 3 year old princess loves AKB48!! So what will daddy get his little princess this Christmas?? No brainer!! This lovely cake and KFC Christmas chicken!! Although I prefer tamales & menudo or pozole!!

It's humorous to read the comments on this site any time there is an AKB48 story. People get so upset that they get so much attention but how can JT not report on the biggest thing to hit the Japanese entertainment industry since Pink Lady?
What is most interesting about the 7-11 advertisement is how cake is associated with Christmas in Japan. I had never heard of a 'Christmas cake' before.
