Kano sisters unveil 'body print' art in exhibition

The Kano sisters appeared at the opening event of an art exhibition, featuring celebrities’ art works, held at Mitsukoshi Nihonbashi department store in Tokyo earlier this week.

Kyoko Kano, 45, who painted her sister Mika’s body, said, “Her body parts themselves are a work of art. I found her breasts much more feminine than mine as I painted her body. Personally, though, I wouldn’t want to be painted. It’s bad for the skin.” Mika, 40, agreed, saying she didn’t feel good at all while she was being painted.

Kyoko also told reporters that she tried to body prints of men. “I actually painted some guys in gold and wanted to call the exhibit ‘Golden Boys,’ but it didn’t turn out so good.”

The exhibition, which displays about 180 art works created by celebrities such as Prime Minster Takeo Fukuda, Takeshi Kitano as well as actors and comedians, will run through April 27 at the department store and tour Osaka, Shizuoka and Kanazawa.

You know what? I think it's great. That's why Japan is so great because 45 year-old women wear skimpy clothes and don't forget their sexuality just because they are older. What? Only teens can wear skimpy clothes? I can understand if it's a sagging, fat 45 year old, then you wouldn't want to see skimpy clothes, but Japanese skin tone seems to stay firm a long time, so show it!

Don't know about the others here, but I'm not as disgusted by their appearance (although I do find them distasteful) than I am of their personalities and attitudes. Don't know if you understand Japanese but are you aware of the pretentious garbage these two regularly spout on TV? These former escort/call-girl vamps absolutely disgust me. I hate them.
