I first saw Def Leppard in 1982 and most recently a few years ago. Unlike many other older rock bands from the 70's and 80's these guys still put on a high quality and well produced show. They are still worth the price of admission.

Wow Vivian Campbell from Dio!!! That would be great to see!

I saw the members of Def Leppard in a BlueRay "extra" for the 2012 movie "Rock of Ages" (the one where movie stars are actually singing 80's Rock on-camera). They were sitting off-camera on the shoot where Tom Cruise was performing "Pour Some Sugar On Me". I remember thinking, "Man! They're looking old!" Then thinking, "Man! I'm getting old if I remember them looking younger!"

Got to see Kiss in 1979 on their Dynasty tour when my best friend's older sister had extra tickets and took us both. I was only 12 years old. First time I ever saw projectile vomiting (from drunks in the audience - not Simmons). Never saw them after that. Saw Def Leppard on the Pyromania tour in January 1983 w/ Krokus and Gary Moore. Def Leppard was just breaking through to the big time then and were still a hard-rock band. Being on tour with solid heavy metal acts forced them to do their best. Saw Campbell with Dio 4 times in the 80s. Its now 30 years later and the fire has long since gone out. Both of these groups should have retired years ago.

Doing a nursing home tour.

Michael Schenker is touring in Japan now. And I'm told it's a great show.

@shinhiyata:
Yes - saw all three bands on the same tour. Forgot about Krokus and Gary Moore. Great memories....
