Koyuki, Kenichi Matsuyama tie the knot

TOKYO —
Popular movie stars Koyuki, 34, and Kenichi Matsuyama, 26, recently tied the knot, Matsuyama’s office said Wednesday. The couple, who costarred in the 2009 film ‘‘Kamui Gaiden (Kamui side story),’’ registered their marriage in Tokyo earlier this month.
Koyuki is known for her work including the 2003 Hollywood film ‘‘The Last Samurai.’’ Matsuyama starred in films including ‘‘Gantz,’’ which is currently in theaters.
