Koyuki, Matsuyama expecting first child

TOKYO —
Celebrity couple Kenichi Matsuyama, 26, and Koyuki, 34, are expecting their first child. The announcement came during the couple’s appearance at the opening event on Saturday for the film “Tantei wa Bar ni Iru.” Their agencies confirmed the news to media on Monday.
Koyuki said she is in her fifth month of pregnancy and the child has recently started to kick.

They married on April Fool's Day, so they probably planned for a baby right after the wedding. How refreshing to see a Japanese couple (and a famous one at that) try for a BB after marriage. Not that I'm against unmarried couples having BBs, but marrying just because you're expecting is never a great start.
