Kyoko Kano says she refused marriage proposal from British guy

Celebrity Kyoko Kano, 46, says she said no to a marriage proposal from British guy last year because “the British pound was cheaper against yen.” Translation: the guy wasn’t rich enough. Speaking at a promotional event for American cosmetic brand “Love & Hate,” in which she collaborated, Kano recommended the products for a Valentine’s Day present.

Getting back to her recent love life, Kano said the British man proposed at the end of last year. “I didn’t give him a definite no. I have to see how the yen-pound rate goes this year.”

Coming from one of the Kano sisters who claims that they haven't had any plastic surgery, they date foriegn movie stars, they play chess with a board of naked foriegn guys, the spend thier days driving around Tokyo picking up foriegn guys and on and on. Vanity insanity at it's best.

i cant believe JT used the word "guy" in the headline. its very unprofessional journalism. they might as well used "british bloke", "punter", or "d00d".

i doubt any sane man would offer to buy into that. Yes, they can rent short term for a few hours or days, but its like a ride in disneyland. been there done that. her sister is still holding up much better.
