Maomi Yuki and comedy duo 'The Touch' promote new cell phone

TOKYO —

“Talent” Maomi Yuki and comedy duo “The Touch” were on hand this week to promote Microsoft’s new cell phone. The “Smartphone” incorporates the Windows Mobile operating system into a multi-function handset.

Yuki took a picture of herself with the comedy pair and said: “The touch panel makes it easy to view photos too.”
The handsets will be on display on the observation floor at the top of Roppongi Hills until Christmas Day, and people can try out the phones with the new touch panel. Microsoft is hoping to raise awareness of the phone in the period up to Christmas.
