Mikase, Kawahara 'as gentle as cotton'

TOKYO —
Actresses Riho Mikase, 37, and Ayako Kawahara, 38, were named “Women As Gentle As Cotton” at the Tenerita Organic Cotton Awards ceremony this month. “While cotton is nice, I prefer NIGO,” said Mikase, referring to her fashion designer husband whom she tied the knot with in December of last year.
When asked about her rumored steamy relationship with a music producer, Kawahara commented, “Things are going well.”
