Model Moe Oshikiri, 28, appeared at the opening for jewelry shop Chopard boutique Osaka Umeda in Osaka, wearing a necklace and earrings worth 400 million yen. But the media were more interested in her relationship with Yomiuri Giants player Takahiko Nomaguchi, 25.

Asked if he had given her any jewelry, Oshikiri just said “No.” Then she was asked if she had visited his parents. Again she said, “No.” Oshikiri said the relationship was going well but refused to answer any more questions, preferring to pose instead with jewelry displays.

What exactly is the "perfectness of the character of Japanese women"? I am honestly not being sarcastic - this is a genuine question. I am really interested to know what it considered to be a perfect character in a Japanese woman because it seems to be so different to our own western perceptions. Or maybe not? Love to hear some opinions on this.

To my understanding, it seems to imply that Japanese women are somehow different and superior to women of other countries. It's not talking about a certain woman. Doesn't, "... the perfectness of the character of Japanese women", mean all Japanese women?
