Norika Fujiwara gets big kiss scene in musical

TOKYO —

Actress Norika Fujwiara, 37, this week introduced her first musical, “The Drowsy Chaperone,” in which she has a kiss scene with comedian Takeshi Nadagi, 37. Fujiwara said, “I didn’t tell my comedian husband about the big kiss scene, but now he knows. He just told me Nadagi is a nice guy.”

Fujiwara will play the main character of Janet and Nadagi will be her fiancé Robert. The musical will run next year in Tokyo from Jan 5-29 and Nagoya from Feb 13-15.

Norika is still considered here not only one of the prettier but also sensible and likable females. I'm sure it somehow gets to Jinnnai-kun, her husband, that she gets to kiss other guys big, but he chose to get married with a superstar, so that's a part of the price he has to pay.

Another example of how the geinokai has taken over the stage world, putting crappy actors and actresses in musicals and plays. Remember when the Globe Tokyo did Shakespeare? Now it's run by Johnnies Jimusho.

And wow, she has a kiss scene. If these people were true professionals, this wouldn't be news.
