Paul McCartney, who performed in Japan last November, has announced three more concerts in May as part of his Out There world tour. His six concerts last November in Tokyo, Osaka and Fukuoka were his first ones in Japan in 11 years and at the end, the 71-year-old former Beatle told the audience he'd be back.
The new dates are May 17 and 18 at the National Stadium in Tokyo and May 24 at Osaka's Yanmar Stadium.
Tickets go on sale from April 19. S seats are 17,500 yen and A seats 15,500 yen.

No idea how old you are, but I suspect that a lot of the folk snapping up tickets will be in their late fifties and sixties. I'm not part of their generation, but I can see that to them Mcartney is an absolute legend. They're going to spend an evening reliving their youth. Pure nostalgia....

i'm from that era & paul was always my 4th favorite beatle. but as i had seen ringo & george i figured i should go see paul as well even though i had 2nd thoughts. i was totally blown away at what a good show he put on. i didn't expect it . has a lot of stamina for a guy his age . you'll get your money's worth. rock on !!

A legend and can still do the business but speaking as a music lover and fellow scouser, the 'sir' should never prefix a rock star nor a Liverpool-born person.

So when can we expect a reunion?

I remember him performing live in 2012 at the Olympics... it was painful. Time to retire Macca.
