OSAKA —

Techno hop trio Perfume kicked off their national tour at Zepp Osaka on Sunday night. The girls’ new album, “Game,” took No. 1 spot on Oricon’s chart last week. The concert was their first live performance, drawing 2,200 fans.

The nationwide tour will culminate with two concerts at the Budokan in Tokyo on Nov 6 and 7. In a statement, Perfume said they were thrilled to be able to play at the Budokan and still “could not believe it.”

  And after Budokan, they break up, their manager pockets millions, and they find themselves working at Mickey D's. Typical scenario, actually. Except for SMAP. And a few others.
