SHIHO named goodwill ambassador for KDDI au campaign for Yakushima island

TOKYO —
Model SHIHO, 32, has been named goodwill ambassador for mobile carrier KDDI au’s campaign “au Smart Spots Yakushima Walk” on Yakushima island in Kagoshima Prefecture. KDDI au users can donate 1 yen as they run or walk 1 km, using the “Run&Walk” function of their mobile handsets, to Yakushima island’s environmental protection.
SHIHO says, “I hope many people will join the campaign for a better environment on the island which is a UNESCO world heritage site.”
